There are no instructions on how you put them together** A: Each resistance band has a carabiner on each end. The carabiners open like you'd open a safety pin, pressing on one side to open it. Take the ring on the handle and hook it onto the open carabiner. Carabiner should close up on its own. A+ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great home gym addition *by T***D on September 5, 2024* I have used these for almost a year. Learned about them from Bob and Brad's youtube channel. I spent 9 months 3x a week rehabbing after an accident and I loved the resistance bands. I ordered a set of these and have used them daily for nearly a year. There has been no deterioration or problem. They are very much as advertised--excellent quality and attention to detail. However, I think it is important, as with ALL natural latex products, that you store them properly, as heat is not their friend. Nonetheless, for the price point they are an astonishing value. However, if buyers are reporting that they are discoloring and deteriorating, and they seem to be in the minority, B&B should definitely follow up with the manufacturer. Quality control, assuming these are made off shore, is a big issue with things like this. If the right stabilizers are used in the manufacture of latex they will not decompose. So it is a heads up if they do. Anything made off shore is subject to quality creep and checking in on the manufacturer periodically isn't enough. Read Poorly Made in China and you will understand what I mean. All that aside, the band system these guys produce is clearly a labor of love and not a get rich quick scheme. A heartfelt 5 star rating.
