My luggage's zipper broke on the first trip** A: Mine also. One trip and the zipper completely came unsewn from the case. And i used as carry on. So only i handled it. I used it on my trip to Cancún and the top handle was broken by the baggage workers at the airport. The luggage was only about 30 pounds but I know how rough they can be.
