The flavor is mild and they are easy to use. The only issue I have is they are chalky. I can’t just chew them up as recommended as I end up with a mouth full of a chalky substance that dries my mouth right out. Saying this though I have figured out a way that works great. Rinse mouth with water and make sure your mouth has a little water left. Set the tablet on your tongue and let it resolve. Sometimes I drink a tiny bit more water.
