Review: It'll do the job. - I had multiple pinhole leaks in an outdoor spigot, and they were right next to an attachment of a larger pipe (Not the source, the connection is good). This stuff set up very quickly and the leaks are stopped. It looks like a very solid product. I was unable to remove the black outer wrap, but I don't care. It's no longer leaking and it's been days.

I was a bit skeptical that it would do the job but within an hour, my pond was up and running again like nothing had ever happened. I thought I might be looking at a very expensive and messy repair, but I was able to take care of it in less than an hour for $15. I wish there had been a bit more putty, but it did the job.

**Q: Would this work to create a flat end cap over a metal pipe? Stretch it multiple ways and then bend it down along the pipe a short distance?**
A: Yes. You can form it like you want. Yes, and some awesome stuff.

**Q: is jb fiber weld 1 in good on brass?**
A: Can use it on pretty much anything it is an awesome stuff

**Q: Will this work on super old rusty and flaking apart galvanized pipe that developed a 4 x 10mm  hole?**
A: I think it would do that size hole but needs to be clean.

**Q: Will the step 1 epoxy putty seal to the pipe crack even if the crack continues to seep moisture (even long after water is turned off?**
A: The product is so strong and fix all cracks in my opinion. I damaged the sprinkler’s pipes and fixed it by that. It was last year and still works well.

When using this adhesive if your pipe is not in an open and free area this item can be very difficult and messy to use. The pipe I wanted to repair was too close to the wall and I could not rap the adhesive around the pipe and the mess it created was terrible. The cleanup took most of the time and nothing was accomplished. The product will work but in an open space free from walls and other obstacle.
