A: The bottom inlet has a flow adjuster

**Q: How to adjust the surface skimmer. Skimmer is sitting on top of the water not actually pulling anything?**
A: Try pushing the acrylic surface skimmer down with your fingers until it sits just below the water line. Also try adjusting the flow knob located at the bottom of the intake.

Professionally packed in the box, they are flawless. I would recommend these to anyone wishing to get better output circulation in the tank along with surface skimming too! Recommended. got this for good price, so I wasn't expecting A+ quality. glass parts are fine. they get the job done. the suction cups, however, are legit trash. they were packed in a way that they were misshapen, even after using hot water to loosen them up and letting them cool on a flat surface, they regularly come undone from the glass despite my using water to improve their adhesion. i may try those suction cups with the clippy things to hold heaters, but we shouldn't need to buy another product to make this one useable.
