You will make it last longer it'll perform better, the equipment will stay cleaner and the important part is, you won't have a residual smells of whatever you made previously if you just take a moment and wipe down the fan blower and the racks and trays. I like the size of this airfryer I like the shape of it and I like the little door that pulls down like a little oven. It's the perfect size for a small space or even traveling in your RV. I purchased one of these air fryer ovens at a thrift store used and I absolutely loved it so, when I saw this one brand new on Amazon for half price, I couldn't pass it up. This is a perfect little air fryer that is so versatile and you can do so much with it. Speaking as a bachelor, I'm a busy man with a busy life and I don't have time to cook up gourmet meals so, when I'm in a hurry, this little air fryer is an amazing job cooking up a small batch of cookies, a small cake, heating up taquitos, making hot sandwiches the list goes on and on and on. You can even dehydrate with this machine. I like to clean sleek stainless steel look there's two shelves so you have plenty of room to air fry whatever it is that you want to make. This oven/air fryer worked fine for three months. I was using it today to bake a frozen snack. I turned it off after 7 minutes. All of a sudden while it was cooling down, the glass cracked and started to shatter. I have reached out to the manufacturer. Hoping to hear back ASAP on a resolution because this is unacceptable. UPDATE: the manufacturer only offered to replace the door and not the entire unit. As if I'm supposed to remove the broken door with shattered glass and repair it myself. DO NOT BUY!
