    Empty Capsules!

I have taken for a month for my arthritic hands and trigger finger.  I don't notice an improvement yet but was thinking of ordering another bottle to give it a fair chance.  However, there were 4 empty capsules which is a whole days worth so not happy about that!!  There is no way to contact the company to complain which I'm also not happy about.  Therefore, only 3 stars.

Works great.  I had terrible time with heel spurs.  Friend told me about this and i could not believe the relief. It took almost 10 days but pain and achiness is gone.  Be sure to tale with ali vera as this does have tendency to constipate you.

I really didn't notice any improvement so I'm going back to my old brand.  This product was more expensive and not as effective.  Sorry I couldn't be more positive about it.
