**Q: How does this knife hold up to saltwater?  Looking for something to keep in my pocket while diving.**
A: I have several Spyderco knives that I keep on me while diving and wade and kayak fishing and I haven’t had any corrosion issues.  For diving I usually carry a Byrd (spyderco)  Cara Cara rescue knife. It has a fully serrated blade that cuts through rope, line, webbing and even small gauge wire( most of entanglement hazards). The Byrd rescue knives are cheap but hold up well to abuse.

**Q: What is your actual use for the serrations?**
A: The serrations help cut through tough material.

A: If you still have the small booklet , more of folded pamphlet really it has an address where you can get these .. or online I would think replacement parts would be easy enough to locate.
