I am sure it would work with the Strike Pad as well **Q: Will the kt-9 work as the kick pedal for the Yamaha DD-75 portable digital drum set?** A: Nope! I had my doubts but bought it anyway, and it does NOT work with the DD-75. **Q: Why are there two trs-connectors?** A: One connection is the output to the percussion module you are using. The other is a mix-in -- that would be added to the kick drum signal that is then sent through the output. I only use the output connection. The motion and weighting, BTW, is really good.
