Although we aren't a particularly busy office there are lots of times when I end up holding the phone between my ear and shoulder as I need both hands to look for client information. I bought this headset to use at work with a Polycom VVX410. Although we aren't a particularly busy office there are lots of times when I end up holding the phone between my ear and shoulder as I need both hands to look for client information. This has solved the problem perfectly. Call quality is perfect, no sound issues at all. Also love that I now have a handy mute button and volume control without having to use the buttons on the main phone itself. Well worth the money.

I cannot complain about sound quality. Mic and the speaker is perfect for the price, especially once you up the mic gain on the actual phone. I work in IT support and a headset is a must! No more trying to balance a handset next to my ear. I would not like to wear it all day as there is no padding, but comfortable for the longest 30 min support calls.
