VINGLI Direct addressed my issue amicably, and the matter has now been fully resolved to my satisfaction. I would like to sincerely thank both desertcart and VINGLI for standing behind their customers and valuing the people who support their businesses. Thank you again, VINGLI. Although I am ultimately unable to use the product I purchased from VINGLI, I still want to say that the TV stand itself is absolutely beautiful! A family member of mine purchased one some time ago, and I was very impressed by both its appearance and quality, which is why I decided to purchase one for myself. Perhaps another time, again. This requires some time to assemble and some patience to follow the instructions. It’s way sturdier than ikea furniture and pretty decent looking with some cool led lights. The finish in a couple areas was a little damaged but after hours of work building I wasn’t going to return it. Good value for money
