**Q: Can you use it with only part of the sides on,  such as one open side, or is it all or none?**
A: I use ours with three sides--front, back and one side.  Works very well

**Q: Can the tires be exchanged for the air filled tires for winter?**
A: Tires swap easily

**Q: How tall are the sides of the cart? How deep is the cart?**
A: Those sizes are in the description at the bottom of the ad

**Q: Which tool removes the tires ?(to place cart more flatly for store?)**
A: Probably just a pair of pliers to straighten the cotter pin in order to pull it out. I would have extra cotter pins on hand in case any break though since they are metal and being bent back and forth will weaken them.
