It has a nice big pocket, and while I only have an iPhone 5S, it fits with plenty of room to spare, so I think that when I upgrade to the iPhone 7, it'll fit just fine. It also has other pockets so I can have my drivers license with me and my keys, and they're not in danger of falling out when I pull the phone out to check my distance traveled while I run in the back country of Montana. The water bottles are enough to keep me from getting too dehyrdrated in the hot Montana summer sun. It supposedly fits waists down to 27 inches, but I find I have to keep cinching it up to keep it tight around my 32 inch waist.
