The thoughtful features and postcard from the company indicate to me that they really want to do a good job. PROS Seems Accurate (comparing with my doctor's scale). Easy to Read - Display has large numbers and numbers are back-lighted. Can weigh suitcases & cat - continues to show final weight for 5 seconds. Cheap AA batteries (or AAA). Good looking. CONS Caches weight - I also confirmed that the scale is saving weights and displaying the same value for fluctuations of a half pound or so. I'm guessing that this may be true of all low-cost scales - my theory is that the chip or circuit board is an inexpensive, off-the-shelf item, that has this "feature" built-in (for other uses). SUGGESTIONS 1) I remove and replace the batteries to re-weigh myself accurately. 2) The company may want to check with their manufacturer to see it this "feature" can be turned off.
