Since using these strips I have been able to tell what foods are messing with my ph and have been able to raise my ph from about 5 to about 6.5. The good: -Lots of strips. -Case... it holds the strips and is clear plastic so I can see through it to compare my stick to the color chart without cross contaminating the other strips. -It is easy to read, and the comparison chart is easy to use. The bad: -The strips are all attached and you have to tear off each on individually. Had to do without touching the test strip on the other end. I just cut them all at once. -The paper comparison chart is paper. Do not get a drop of water/whatever on it. I just flip it and compare it through the case. -The paper falls out of the case and is hard to pick up without touching the wrong end of the strip. I use a little piece of tape to keep it in the lid. It does what it should, and for the price I would buy again. The strip is mostly just a handle, with the active section of color just on one end. The strips come as a bundle in a small plastic bag. I find it advisable to keep the bag of strips away from a sink or toilet because a mishap can occur with water splash or dropping the bundle.
