**Q: How often should a person drink biolyte?**
A: Thanks for question! The frequency that a person should drink BIOLYTE is dependent on their level of activity and current health conditions. It is totally safe to consume BIOLYTE on a daily basis. If you experience chronic dehydration, spend time outside in the heat, or are feeling under the weather, drinking a BIOLYTE will help give you the hydration and energy boost you need to take on the day.

**Q: I have brain cancer and on ebt can i use my ebt card on this here. i buy in store with ebt. but no store carries melon**
A: Ask them to order or ask Amazon. I order 2 cases at a time by subscribing with Amazon brought directly to my front door. Treat yourself and feel better.

**Q: Which one is the best tasting? i have had the tropical, berry, and melon. they all don't taste great. so that leaves citrus i believe.**
A: I agree that they don’t taste that great, but I like how I feel better when I drink them.  My favorite is Tropical then Berry then Melon.  Citrus is my least favorite.  I treat them as I would a medicine.  Health benefit before taste.

**Q: How many carbs?**
A: Unfortunately, had to go elsewhere to find the answer to your question. A bottle of Biolyte has 19 grams of carbs. And the Biolyte answer that because of the natural sugars there is no spike in blood sugar is just not true. Natural sugars will always cause blood sugars to increase - unless there is a fiber content, which can slow the spike. This drink does not appear to have any fiber, of course. So, the suggestion this will not raise blood sugar needs to be questioned. 

The issue of carbs is particularly important to insulin dependent diabetics. If there are 19 grams of carbs and no fiber, the blood sugar will generally rise anywhere from 40 mg/dl to 80 mg/dl, depending on how active you are and how much blood glucose you burn naturally. So be mindful out there.
