Specifically the way your hand drapes over the unit and the position of the ball/thumb v. the 570** A: I have this one and the m570, and others. I prefer the Elecom, it is more comfortable and more durable (the buttons go bad on logitech products). The only thing I like more about the m570 is the wheel position is closer to the tip of my finger, where the Elecom is under the middle segment of my finger, so I have to crook my finger a little to scroll. **Q: I can not get the drivers to work for this mouse.
