Review: Great product - Absolutely love these. I prefer the tropical flavour as the others have a bit of an aftertaste. I put under tongue and works really well. Good easy way to get a caffeine boost.

Now these don't have the best after taste but the initial flavour is ok. I run with 3 others and 2 say they are the miracle they need at the half way point and myself and the other aren't sure if it's a placebo???? Its worth noting, the 2 who loved it don't drink coffee or caffiene at all so maybe they get the rush, I drink 4-5 cups a day so maybe my body is just used to it. I don't produce saliva so had to sip water in order for it to dissolve but that's OK. It immediately stuck to the roof of our mouths and we just let it sit there. If you pre open the pack before running it's easy to open mid run and your not left with the sticky mess you get from gels. All up im not sure its for everyone but if you don't drink much coffee (or coke) then it seems to work
