The only notable quality issue is how the circle parts don't seem to stay up on their own very well, and that knocks it down to four stars. Battery life is not applicable because this doesn't use a battery. Weight is adequate to stay grounded without feeling too bulky to move when vacuuming. Noise level is not applicable because it contains no major moving or electrical parts. This would probably be fun for dogs too, as stimulation is stimulation at the end of the day, but dogs require more attention and physical activity, so this would be more for separation anxiety than something useful when you're in the other room.
