The product works great but it’s hit or miss because it comes vacuum packed and thin as a pancake.You have to unpack and lay out the pads on the floor and it will gradually rise and get to their normal size. However, some will not rise and will need help.I ordered three separate sets. In one set, I had 1 not rise. In the second set, we had all rise with a couple rising only about 60%, and in the last order, I had approximately 4 or 5 that did not rise.To fix that, the company includes a semi-well written instructions for how to make the pads rise. The product did work to some extent, it muffled outside noise somewhat and reduced the audibility of my speech to the outside, but the adhesion is utterly awful.The adhesive lasted all of two months, and every panel has fallen off to the point where I just glued them on, if you are looking for a cheap solution, it works but you will have to make "additions" to make it permanent. Like many others who reviewed these, mine arrive severely compressed. They didn't expand much on their own once unpacked. I tried misting them with water and then following with a hair dryer. That didn't do much either. I then lightly pulled on them and they expanded to full thickness. It takes a little time and a heavy handed approach will likely tear them. I found the adhesive to be good and they can easily be trimmed to size.
