The picture of them on the right is side-by-side comparison of one made in this pan, and one made in the Dutch oven and you can see that the bottom is rounded and puffy, compared to the flat bottom of them being baked in the Dutch oven. The crust turned out even better in these pans with a gorgeous crispy crust. I made a basic sourdough recipe then divided it up to make the Demi baguettes I baked them @ 445 for 15mins then lowered it to 400 8mins. I also used a spray bottle and spritzed them before baking!
