Review: Great quality rolling pin and mat, great for beginners - I got this rolling pin and mat because the value was fair and I was sick of my wood rolling pin. I used it to make pasta and it worked absolutely flawlessly and I LOVE that it also came with a scraper and dough cutter. The mat stayed completely flat on my counter while I was using it and the rolling pin never stuck to the dough. I got this rolling pin and mat because the value was fair and I was sick of my wood rolling pin. I used it to make pasta and it worked absolutely flawlessly and I LOVE that it also came with a scraper and dough cutter. The mat stayed completely flat on my counter while I was using it and the rolling pin never stuck to the dough. I think I will be getting a lot of use out of this set and the thickness adjustable rings are great for a beginner like me. I am very happy with this purchase!
