I've had many junk pizza cutters over the years usually bought at the grocery store check out rack. Cheaper brands have a single bracket holding a small cutting wheel, weak construction and end up a rusty wobbly mess in the back of the kitchen drawer. When I opened this one the quality was so obvious it was like a gleaming revelation with host of angels singing in the background.
