It came with all the attachments pictured. The green scrapers were a little more thin and bendy than others I have owned. The head to the brush comes right of with any pull but did stay on for use it is a little smaller that I thought. The scalpel that came with it I did not use it looks like one you get in microscope kit. Not amazing quality but good enough for temp. When I first ordered this and was waiting for delivery, I was afraid that it might be poorly constructed and that the top would fall off the stick. When it arrived, I realized that this thing is sturdy. I am kind of old school, so I really enjoy using hand tools like this one. I did smooth out the handle a bit more with some very fine sandpaper and then put a little cutting board oil on it to make it a little nicer, but It really was not necessary. I use it to mix up, ion a big aluminum bowl, pizza dough and batter for Irish soda bread, and the batter does not stick to the hook. I even kneed with it in the bowl instead of doing it on a breadboard.
