I can't see this being too small for anyone, the straps are very long, but I could see it being too big for someone who is very small in stature. Skip it and keep on looking. *by S***Y on May 15, 2025* I really wanted to like this brace. The one I have is completely worn out. It doesn’t do much unloading anymore, but it still firms up my knee which in itself still reduces the pain and discomfort. But it needs to be replaced. I thought I had finally found one, until it arrived and I tried to put it on. The fourth (lowest) strap wouldn’t connect or stay in place. The Velcro had completely separated from the strap, making the brace totally useless. While the brace itself seemed to be of a very high quality, that same quality didn’t extend to the straps, especially the hook sections of the Velcro. It was very thin and wispy, without having very much grip to the loop section. Really disappointing, as I very much needed to use this new brace. I’ve had knee problems for years, which has been aspirated by being severely bow legged as well.
