I have tried to make my own broth but it was a disaster and hard work. This is an easier but more costly solution. I have been very surprised how much a small amount has transformed an otherwise bland beef dish. Grass fed beef is so expensive and the supermarket variety is so unappealling. I have grass fed beef once recently which was nourishing and flavoursome - using this product does bring the dish closer to that experience. The size of pack and cap makes it easy to manage and use. I will order again. The anomaly of the subscribe service by amazon does not allow delivery on a specific day, The day changes which is impractical. . This will need to be done manually. Regular users will miss out on the subscribe discount.
