I used these covers in order to prevent them from taking a bite of all my fruits. It worked well and now the birds do not come back. Pros: It is relatively cheap. It prevents birds from eating my figs. Cons: The string on the bags tend to fray when you tie and untie them. The cinching on the cord will leave gaps at the stem if that matter to you. Can come undone, depending on what kind of knot you use.
