Don't let the idea that this books to short a read, its a fantastic read

This is a Very, Very informative book on lucid dreaming, and yes it has many of the induction techniques we've already read and know, BUT! its the way the writer explains the deeper side of the "true nature of reality thats fantastic" like many of you out HERE! we've read most of the big name writers like " Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche" and others, books on lucid dreaming and dream yoga etc. But its the way this "SantataGamama" explains the true nature of reality and lucidity not just in dreaming, but also the waking state that goes quite deep into the lucidity of our waking state as well, thats really interesting. Another thing I was surprised at was this " SantataGamana " goes into and could explain the light side of lucid dreaming, then quickly shifts gears and goes into the deeper side of dream yoga in such a short read, this books only 168 pages long, But, the writer seems to cut out most all the little cutie feel-good details that many other big dream yoga books that most of us have already read" that these larger volume books on dream yoga spend a lot more time on, not that they don't have there place. This book is a fast read, short book, But don't let that put you off buying this book, and like many of you out "HERE" I didn't know who this "SantataGamana" was or is..? But I do NOW. For me, this book is well written straight to the point, and goes very deep into the lucidity of living now in the waking state and dreaming , 5 STAR book, just a quick fantastic read..!

Clear, specific, and helpful for learning to Lucid Dream as a path to Enlightenment

This book is clear and enjoyable reading. I helped me to learn to meditate during sleep. That may sound odd. But it is possible to have one's body asleep while one's mind is awake. And this is what the book is helping me to do. This is an extremely exciting development for me!I live a busy life and, yet, want to make spiritual progress. This book points out a way. Another book that has helped me with this is "The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep." I highly recommend both.

    A litmus test for me

*by B***D on Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2023*

I recently purchased two other books from this author, Kundalini Exposed and the Secret Power of Kriya Yoga. I have seen these books in the past but would decide to pass on purchasing them, despite the positive reviews, thinking that maybe they were too sensational, not legit, or would just touch the surface. I can say that my initial impressions were dead wrong, this author speaks as someone who has actual experience and there is no fluff. I have just started my practice of Kriya Yoga and understand the effort that will need to be dedicated to the practice and started to worry that maybe he is a fraud or just regurgitating other works and would waste my time. I wouldn't know because I know almost nothing about Kriya yoga. However, I realized that he wrote a book on lucid dreaming, which I know a whole lot about, so I decided to get this book as a litmus test as to gauge his other works. The result: I am beyond pleased by this book. He does have a small chapter on reality checks and a dream notebook, which are to be expected and are important. I used the plugged nose breathing reality check last night to enter a lucid dream and will now always use that technique, as I have found issues with other methods. In addition, his main transition methods dovetail those that I have found most helpful. You are not going to find the rope technique here (yea!). Those familiar with Frank Kepple's thoughts on phasing by using the noticing method will be familiar with his technique 5C. His 5B anchoring method was a wonderful addition because it is something I realize I do on all my successful attempts, but I would think "darn, there I go again losing my attention" and would pull my self back up to noticing. In fact, this addition was so important because instead of reprimanding myself for losing my focus during my attempt last night I willfully let me focus go for periods of a time, and I had two lucid dreams ( one was by a reality check). I think my many unsuccessful attempts have been due to me bringing too much waking focus to my noticing exercise in the past. He also incorporates a technique similar to the Raguda technique of not moving a muscle when you wake and attempting to reenter a dream or phase. In addition to the techniques he discusses how to use these experiences for further spiritual development. I am so annoyed with authors that think that you get shot into a lucid dream and that is pretty much it...go fly around or explore the dream scenery. This author rightly tells you how to transition to the black void and use it as a base on which to create your own dream scenery, for the purpose of subconscious evolution, or to experience other states/"places". This void he discusses is something that I try to phase into, to me it looks like 3d blackness with points of light, because of exactly the reasons he states. He discusses ways of using these experiences in order to perform dream yoga and other means to increase your spiritual practices, which I have not tried yet.In all, it is obvious that this person knows what he is talking about. If I had one book to give to my children to practice lucid dreaming/phasing/obe this would be it, and I have read so, so many of them. In addition, I now have faith that my positive impressions from reading his other books are justified and will continue my yoga practice with much more confidence.
