This product is what you need for wooden objects - cabinets, couches, chairs, stools, etc.Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Drilling a pilot hole, slightly smaller than the diameter of the nail in the pad, is essential.Beware of tile floors when moving heavy objects like cabinets. There will be height variations between tiles, unless your sub-flooring is perfectly flat - an unlikely scenario. Sliding an object across a "ridge" on a higher adjacent tile can cause the pad to pull out. Lift the object slightly to take some weight off so it can move smoothly across any ridges. I recommend a small rubber mallet and some good precision and you'll be done in no time. I had the sticky pads in the past but they would come off and leave a trail of sticky residue.
