I bought a whole set of HEXCLAD pans and did not like the small one I used to make my eggs with every morning- I couldn't get it to season well and always burnt the eggs and the eggs would stick This pan cooks the eggs perfectly, doesn't stick and very easy to hand wash Would highly recommend! Review: Starfrit Junkie - Yes, I am a Starfrit "The Rock" junkie. I have been on this Earth MANY decades, and of those many decades I have been in search of the best nonstick cookware. Most are great in the beginning but quickly wane and become a worthless mess. Well, Starfrit "The Rock" is the best I've found. I have spent a small fortune on countless cookware claiming to be the best, but this is the one that continues to perform year after year. My one little mini wok that I have had for eight years still continues to fry eggs to perfection without sticking. My one "test" for non-stick cookware is the "Bologna test." If I can fry bologna in it and it continues to remain non-stick then it's a keeper. Most fall far short, but Starfrit always makes the grade. ## Features - Rock.Tec Technology: Unique surface enhancement for 3 times better release performance than standard non-stick cookware. - Durability: 3 times more durable non-stick surface that resists scratches and abrasions. - Even Cooking: Extra thick forged aluminum base for optimal heat distribution. - Never Warps: Guaranteed never to warp, maintaining perfect shape over time. - Versatile Compatibility: Suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen stovetops. - Warranty: Comes with a 3-year warranty, ensuring long-lasting quality and satisfaction. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00TZEOEE0 | | Additional Features | Electric Stovetop Compatible, Non Stick, PFOA-free, Riveted Handle | | Best Sellers Rank | #35,433 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #279 in Skillets | | Brand | Starfrit | | Brand Name | Starfrit | | Capacity | 2 liters | | Coating Description | Non-Stick | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | Gas | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 4,018 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00069858309482 | | Handle Material | Stainless Steel | | Included Components | Cookware | | Item Highlight | Rock.Tec non-stick technology.
