**Q: I have 3 shades programmed to a Situo 5 but have no idea how to get this remote to work.  Can you program this switch with the remote?**
A: Hello,

If you already have a programmed remote all you have to do is copy the channels you do this by pressing and holding the button on the back of the remote with a paper clip until the shade jogs and once it jogs you press the program button on the back of the smoove wall switch, don't hold it the shade should jog indicating that you have copied the channel

Very easy to program off your existing Somfy remote. Mounting is very easy since it requires no hole to cut. I actually decided to install mine with double side tape vs. drilling holes and mounting with crews. It is pricey, but convenient to have a nice looking wall mount option. Very happy with the look and function!
