### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I needed

Some of the reviews made me a bit nervous to buy this, however I am extremely satisfied with the way this turned out! There is no closet in my new apartment so I purchased this because I wanted something with a curtain so my clothes weren't out in the open. You can adjust it to your desired height and width, no tools are needed. It has plenty of space and is extremely sturdy! I have both the top and bottom rack filled and have had no problems. If you're looking for a wardrobe this is it! You can also easily replace the curtain with your own.

They sent me the wrong item but was very eager to correct their mistake. As a courtesy they actually let me keep the wrong item and just sent me the one I ordered. I love the product! It is high quality and easy to put together. The best solution for lofts or apts with very little closet space. The curtain is a little grandma-ish but that's no big thing because I am just gonna swap it for a sexier one from target. They would have gotten a perfect score if it wasn't for the mix up in shipment.

### ⭐ Unreliable seller, slow shipping, missing and broken items

Prince hanger shipped only one out of the 2 items I ordered. This one is MIA and the other item that did arrive shipped directly in its box with no outer protective material so of course shards of the plastic shelving were broken in the box, unclear if the shelf will still function. This review is for the seller, the product itself is generally fantastic aside from the cheap plastic shelf. I’ve used one of their closet systems for years and love it, I ordered this one because I wanted the longer bars and to protect my clothing from dust and sunlight. I thought that I was doing the right thing by ordering from the “small business” as Amazon has them labeled, I’m assuming this IL based company is the official US distributor of the product. Now I just want a refund so I can order from one of the sellers that offer 2 day shipping so I can complete my plans to fix up my closet this weekend. I’m sure I’ll get my money back but based on principle I’m very annoyed because I specifically chose to wait a longer shipping period to buy my items together from one seller to reduce shipping waste. Why would the seller ship directly in the manufacturer box??? That’s just so stupid and for this product with fragile plastic just makes no sense.
