I have had it on Subscribe & Save the whole time. I researched Melatonin, GABA, and 5-HTP and found they are all naturally made by your own body. I use it to just boost the natural amounts. Sometimes it really makes me sleepy. Sometimes it just makes me drowsy. Either way I go to sleep better. I found that if I fight the effect though, I can easily overcome it.
