It's mainly used for sealing exposed bricks of a chimney to prevent spalling. You may actually trap water in the concrete wall and degrade it over time. I'd contact "Tim the Builder" and ask him whether he thought it would work. Personally, I'd use a product called "Thoroseal" which is a waterproofing coating for concrete walls made of masonry cement. **Q: Can this be used to spray on a tile roof that leaks? Or is it not for waterproofing. I am looking for a fix until I can get tile replaced.** A: Although we have not attempted to use this as a tile roof coating, most likely you could. HOWEVER, I doubt it would do you any good. What is most likely leaking is the sub-roofing, often a tar paper, applied beneath the tile roof. Therefore, in order to really fix your leaky roof you will have to have the sub-roof repaired first. The overlapping joints in most tile roofs are not completely sealed. **Q: Can I paint over this product with Drylock Extreme or the Behr premium latex waterproof paint.
