**Q: Will it support external hard drive on usb**
A: Yes It would but most of the formats it wont support. You can't sideload any apps. Very limited and its made for US users. Though sound quality and video quality is amazing the usability is pathetic. Their Remote is a joke. It wont work. Mine gone dead within a month of purchasing. Simply a dead plastic toy and waste of money. Better you go for nvidia shield tv pro worth every penny.

**Q: What is max ethernet port speed?**
A: It depends upon your Internet speed and what type of modem you have.  For example if  you have 200 mbps speed internet and a regular modem , then you get only 100 mbps speed. where as if you have a gigabit modem then you get 200mbps speed.

**Q: Whether prime, hotstar apps are preloaded or downloadable with this player? If so prime and hotstar can be played in 4k?**
A: Yes but delivery waiting period is 15 to 30days

**Q: Is the OS Android?**
A: No this is not Android.

If you are looking to stream HBOMAX, amc+, Hulu, STARZ, CW, cwseed , peacockTV, imbdTV etc, then this is for you. It supports Dolby Atoms and Vision. Please note you can’t install VPN so you will need to configure/ install on router itself. It has LAN, recommended to use LAN so it won’t buffer. Roku Ultra 2020 device quality itself is very good. Netflix picture and sound quality in Dolby Atmos is superb on Roku Ultra 2020. However issue with Roku in INDIA is there is NO Amazon Prime Video , NO Disney Hotstar, NO MX-Player like apps on Roku. Only for Netflix customer wont buy this 15000 rupee device hence Apple TV 4K is better than Roku Ultra 2020 in INDIA. Roku company should seriously consider getting Amazon Prime , Disney Hotstar apps on Roku in India and they can get good sales in India. Roku should officially launch in India also. Waiting for Roku company to take right action for India market. But Roku Ultra 2020 device itself is very good, I took it but got dissapointed because of NO amazon prime video and Disney Hotstar app on this.

Update: the remote is dead and there is no one to support or replace. Amazon is looting us. Purchased this as an alternate streaming machine. It has all the apps but most of them wont work in India. Build quality is sturdy and good. I am getting excellent 4k and HDR with Dolby Atmos from Netflix. That's it. No Amazon Prime video, no Amazon Music, no Hotstar Disney, Zee5, Sony nothing. Just for Netflix this is very costly. As of now there is no other way of side loading any apps, you can't even use VPN on this. Without India support and India apps this is an expensive dumb plastic toy - think before you buy
