When I went to get that address the doctor stuck the gauze directly into the wound! That was ridiculous. So hard to get out. I needed something that could fit over my finger without sticking to the wound and without folding weirdly. These finger and knuckle bandages are perfect. They come in a variety of sizes. All of them worked for me. They hug around the finger tight. That extreme hold adhesive technology is no joke! There's a protective layer over the gauze so it doesn't stick to your wound. The pad does not stick to the injury, at least it did not stick to mine, but the actual adhesive is NOT kidding around and WILL stick to you.They are multicolored, with none attempting any human flesh tones, ranging from "corporate" friendly colors to black and a bright green. I felt weirdly safer knowing people could SEE my finger was injured and would maybe not try for an aggressive handshake or HERE shoving an item at me.Bought them again after the first box ran out as I still don't feel right with the injury uncovered.
