I'm diabetic with neuropathy I'm 53 an I take other medications prescribed by my doctor. So I can't say this is a good supplement but I think it's helping me. **Q: Does this contain mild products?** A: very good it works really good and easy on you stomach **Q: Will this stop all the trips to the bathroom during the night?** A: I don't know about that.? I use it for my vein an artery heart health an for my neuropathy in my feet. But i drink a lot of pop, and i don't get up through my sleep to go to the bathroom. I started walking a couple miles a few days a week but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference.
