It's the perfect size for my little red foot tortoise and should last him a couple of years. The light fixtures are a really nice addition and have a decent amount of adjustability. Cons: The wood had a very strong awful smell at first but luckily faded with time. There was some wood splitting and I didn't even bother screwing in the clasps because they felt so cheap. If you plan on connecting two like I did, the part where they connect doesn't have a great seal so you have to be careful with bedding. Contruction: The instructions were very easy to follow, but it was a very time consuming project. Instructions recommend two people and a power drill, but I didn't have another person or a powerdrill...
