Just something to take better photos/video of my kids in a day-to-day setting. The ZV1, to me, is a MUCH better value than the RX100 VII. Obviously slightly different use cases, but for what it is, it's great. But that little tiny grip left a LOT to be desired. Entire the Smallrig L bracket with the wood grip. It looks super classy. It's very light so doesn't add much heft to the camera (important for my EDC desires) and the grip is just enough to feel secure in the hand. It's designed perfectly to not extend out past the lens when the camera is off, so it doesn't add much bulk dimensionsly to the camera's slim dimensions either.
