The only difference between the two is the bottle... the Bausch and Lomb bottle is a bit easier to squeeze out a single drop, and this bargain brand bottle has a bit stiffer bottle, so occasionally get more than one drop. However, I'm concerned that I'm getting exactly what I paid for. The package showed up in your standard padded envelope. When I opened it, an overwhelming perfume smell wafted out. The plastic wrap was permeated with it. The drops were obviously stored with some sort of other product. This probably happened in the sea container as this morning I noticed on the back the drops say "Made in Korea". Since I don't have a scientific test lab, I can only assume these are FDA approved and actually contain a 5% sterile saline solution.
