I have a set of Classic III that I think has a bell that is out of spec, and I go through diaphragms a lot. Unfortunately, the Littmann replacement diaphragm set with a set of ear pieces are currently $26.99 on 2026/06/06. Yikes. Compare that to this BBTO set that includes two sets of diaphragms and four sets of ear pieces at $8.99!! The Littmanns are over six times as expensive! The BBTO ones are thicker, which is not an issue. The thickness of the center of the diaphragm feels about the same. Overall, this is a great replacement, and it's a great value.
