The film is easy to take off from the top. They are comfortable to wear and don't steam up at all. I bought them for work as I am a mobile catering unit. I use fryers constantly and II was worried the steam and heat might affect them but they have been fine. They are easy to clean, I use an industrial antibacterial spray and blue roll, so I can re-use them and they don't scratch easily.. The price varies massively on amazon from different sellers.
