I started with the brand. I bought two bottles. It took a month or two and I noticed I was losing weight regularly and had not changed anything about the way I ate or exercised. I was thrilled. When I was almost out of these I saw a special on another brand of 500 mg Raspberry Ketones. I started gaining weight!!! I tried numerous brands because I couldn't originally find this brand and no dice. I finally found the Ketone Pure and purchased them. After a month I had already lost to within a few lbs of where I was when I stopped them.They don't work overnight and I only take two a day which may not be a good thing, but so many pills................ Anyway, the best I can figure is these keep me very "regular". They seem to work that way more when I eat fattier foods or heavier, rich foods. They are not a quick result, weight loss product, but they do work. Takes time and patience. There's no such thing as a miracle diet drug that immediately works and you lose 25 lbs. The bad part is you have to drink ALOT of water because it will make you thirsty all the time and give you slight heartburn if you don't.
