A call to the company and a replacement set was sent. The hands are very tight fitting and hard to get on. The rest of the suit fit well and well made. The hair in the mask did need to be trimmed up a bit. The vinyl feet are huge. I placed my size 13 Sketcher shoes inside the feet and then put them on. After walking for over an hour on concrete, the bottom of the feet showed little wear. The mask can get warm, even on a 50 degree day. A definite showstopper.
