I’m a heavyset guy and started working out recently and wanted some breathable shirts. I went 3X, which is the T-shirt size I normally wear, they fit great the first time I wore them. After washing them they felt just a little snug. After the second wash they shrunk a little more. I’m sure I could have stretched them out but I also didn’t want to keep doing that. I ordered another set and went with 5x. Same thing happened they shrunk a bit but they fit really nice and don’t make me feel self conscious when working out. If it wasn’t for the fact that they shrunk a bit I would definitely give 5 stars. I’m ordering another set. They’re definitely great.Mind you this fabric will get caught in coarse material and will pull jut a bit.
