**Q: What ingredients Are in this liquid smoke?**
A: Water, condensation while burning Mesquite wood, vinegar, molasses, Caramel color. Personally I like the hickory best

**Q: Anyone try this for kalua pork?**
A: Sorry I don’t eat pork, it is great flavor on all meat including fish, vegetables I use on all meats.

**Q: What is the shelf life of this?**
A: The bottle that I purchased has the date "Sep 09 2021" stamped on it, but it does not say "best if used by", "sell by", " nor "expiration date", so I cannot answer your question completely.  I think I purchased it some time last year.

**Q: Is it concentrated.  ?**
A: It’s the same concentration found in smaller containers in the grocery store. I use it full strength on steaks, hot dogs, and hamburgers.
