Came in a plain white box with no brand, no manual, no instructions, nothing but the charger. The back of the unit was scratched, upon using three types of SIM different companies, not one was recognized. Sent a message to seller, ended up recommending to send back. However, I do not recommend to rely on this product for working overseas because the audio connection in conferences when connected to it is not very good. If you have any idea how to resolve this...then I guess I can change the way I perceive the product. I bought a SIM CARD and it is 4G...
