Quick and easy to use, and does exactly what it says, breaking down the fibers for a super tender and delicious steak. No more hammered mushy beef. The tenderizer is easy to take apart for cleaning and is top rack dishwasher safe for simple clean up. Just be sure to rinse off any residue if you don’t run a load of dishes right away and be careful how you place the bladed portion so you don’t damage the blades or risk cutting yourself when adding/removing other dishes. We let ours continue to air dry after it comes out of the dishwasher before reassembling it and snapping on the clear plastic cover.
