I heated up the roll outside since it was nearly 100 degrees yesterday and flattened it out easily. But once it was flattened and cooled, the rolling chair created big dents that didn't flatten back out when the chair was moved. Will be returning. For those who wonder how to get it back in the box, just heat it back up again and it rolls easily.
