My hubby wanted his for the cool beverages and he is very pleased with every aspect of it! I wanted mine for hot beverages and the half star off is because you must use the lid in order to keep stuff hot and I'm not a fan of the lid. You have to open and shut it to maintain heat and sipping hole is a bit small.
